The platform combines a subscription-based model with exclusive local privileges, delivering curated content feeds and a seamless user experience.
Currently active in cities such as Lucknow, Indore, Kanpur, Bandra (Mumbai), and Ahmedabad, Knocksense has ambitious plans for geographic and operational expansion.
Vibhore Mayank, CEO of Knocksense, expressed enthusiasm about the platform’s future, stating, “Our goal is to revolutionize the content-commerce landscape in untapped markets by fostering meaningful interactions between consumers and local brands. This funding will enable us to deepen our market reach, enhance our technological backbone, and broaden our offerings to our community.”
The investment underscores the potential of tier II and III cities as burgeoning centers of digital innovation, with Knocksense poised to bridge the gap in the hyperlocal content-commerce sector.
Dr. Apoorva Ranjan Sharma, commenting on the investment, highlighted the growing demand for hyperlocal content platforms in India. “Knocksense’s targeted advertising, local partnerships, and community engagement strategies position it for significant revenue growth,” he said, emphasizing the scalable nature of hyperlocal content models for penetrating India’s diverse and largely untapped market.
